Welcome back to the 12 DIYs of Christmas! By now its getting to crunch time and we should all have most of our Christmas prep done and dusted… So today, here’s a festive frozen peach Bellini to enjoy all your hard work so far.
#12: Frozen Peach Bellini
You will need:
-Fresh peaches (to serve)
-jar of peaches in juice
-Prosecco or sparkling white wine
This is a quick DIY but will need a little bit of earlier prep. Empty the jar of peaches into an ice tray with the juice. Let them freeze.
In a blender, add the frozen peach cubes, prosecco or sparking and fresh grated ginger.
Blitz until smooth – the result should be a slushy consistency.
Pour into your fanciest glass and enjoy!
