Today’s Christmas project is something that I personally think could be left up all year round! You may even be able to recreate it with what you have at home.
I found the small terracotta pots used in this project in the craft section of Kmart, and the saucers came from Bunnings. Bunnings have a huge range of terracotta available that could really make this candlescape epic! While there’s not a lot to this project, read on for some tips on putting your terracotta candlescape together.

You Will Need:
Various Candles
Various Terracotta Pots & Saucers
This project doesn’t need much of an explanation other than to play around with all different shapes and heights with the pots, saucers and candles!
Mix and match different combinations of candles, pots and saucers until you find some styles you like. Group a few small tea light candles together in a dish, and flip others upside down with candles on top. My favourites were the upside down saucers with the large candles, and the two pots stacked on top of each other.
I didn’t use anything to stick the pots or candles together, however if you’re worried they won’t stay in place, dab a bit of hot glue on the bottom of the candles or between the pots to hold them together.
You could really go crazy with this project by getting even more shapes and sizes of candles and pots if you like!

What do you think of the terracotta candlescape? I’m itching to try a bunch of variations using even more pot sizes, saucers and giant candles. Don’t forget to check out the other projects in the 12 DIYs of Christmas too!
