This week I was excited to guest post on Bliss Makes, a crafty blog run by the very clever Kristin. I shared this tutorial to make a fabric photo wall-hanging, which is something I’ve been thinking about making for a while now!
It’s a great way to display your pictures in a creative way. Head on over to Bliss Makes blog to see the full post!

Hi Emily
As you know the link no longer works. I see your palm tree link but I’d love to do a photograph. Is the concept the same? Using heat transfer paper?
Thanks
Kat
Hi Kat, yes! You can print whatever you like on heat transfer paper! I used my own travel photographs in this blog post and you can see the process in more detail in this palm tree version.
Beautiful! Are you able to post/send the instructions? The link no longer works. Thank you!
Hi Mary, sorry the link no longer works! I just shared a very similar fabric wall art tutorial that you might find helpful 🙂
What size did you buy for doing the prints?.. they seem bigger than the regular size you’d find at Walmart? Would you be able to post a link to the product you used? Thanks!
Hi! I’m actually in Australia so the paper is just regular A4 size (I think its letter size in the US). They do look bigger than what they are, I think it helps to give them a bit of a border with the fabric. But having them regular size makes it easier to print them on a standard printer 🙂
